This is my favorite Edible fruit store in Norwalk. I have ordered from this location before, and the fruit is always incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and well received. I also want to recognize Maria, who helped me with my recent order. She was so kind, understanding, and communicative throughout the process. She even reminded me that today was a half day at my daughter’s school, which I had completely forgotten, and that made all the difference in making sure the tray arrived in time on the last day of school. The school received the fruit tray and was very happy with it. I truly appreciate the care, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service from this store. It goes a long way and absolutely deserves to be recognized.

The arrangement and flowers were fine, however the store stunk of weed, don’t bring your children with you here.

I called today at 1130 to place an order for my cousins ( grieving their Mom's death). I was told the computer was down and would receive a call back at 130.I called again was told they were still down and she would call me back. I live in Rhode Island tomarrow is the service. I ended up ordering from Sweet Pierre in Wilton. Excellent Service and sent a wonderful basket. God knew what he was doing! I would never consider this location for Edible Arrangements in the future. CONTACT Sweet Pierre instead!

I usually order and pick up for special occasions and the arrangements are great. Stoped in yesterday and bought this on the spot. By next morning the fruit stared to turn. It was wrapped to the point that you couldn’t tell the fruit was old when I bought it.
